A two-story residence over a basement with a three-car garage and pool, designed by Vertoch Design Architects. As owner’s representative, 5to9 Group protected the owner’s budget, schedule and quality goals. That meant managing buyouts, pay applications, change orders and lender draws, and steering the project through the labor shortages and cost escalation of the pandemic to an on-time, on-budget finish.
